Most of our homes come standard with features and products that other builders consider upgrades like 30yr Architectural Shingles, Screened Porches, real ¾” Hardwood floors, Low E Windows, Custom Cabinets - Millwork, and Stainless Steel Appliances just to name a few.

We only use quality brand name products such as Owens Corning, Moen, GE, and American Standard. We strive to deliver the best quality, customer service, and value while meeting our client’s needs and maintaining there budget as well.  

We can also help with the design of your Eastern North Carolina home or project as well. We stay up to date with current trends, styles, and new products that are popular in today’s market. We will guide you through all the selections, answer questions, and take care of any concerns you may have along the way. Once we get your project started, we encourage you to visit the jobsite daily or as much as possible to view progress and take pictures. There also will be a meeting scheduled each week directly with the Home Builder to go over project status and discus any necessary changes you would like. We can always be reached if you have any questions or concerns and promptly return all phone calls. If for any reason you have a problem during the warranty period after completion, we will schedule an appointment at your convenience to meet with you and have it corrected usually within 7 business days. We make it a priority that our clients receive the best quality and customer service in the industry.

We have a Quality Assurance Program to ensure project specs are correct, materials and workmanship meet or exceed our own strict guidelines as well as local and state building codes. Each phase of construction is thoroughly inspected with a detailed checklist before the next phase gets approval to begin.
